It's been a year already?

Even though I've known my 1 year KOLiversary has been coming up, it just doesn't feel like I've been playing that long.

Anyway, yay!

And some people have already passed their 3-year KoLiversaries. It's sad, isn't it, that we put so much time into this!

It's not sad, Tag. It's fun.

I passed my two year mark this past summer. I've learned some things I never knew about, laughed my head off, and, most importantly made great friends.

I'd say it's been a pretty good two years. ;)

I agree with the wonderful YaYa. Where else would all of us met and had such good times?

The best part of KOL, obviously, is the dynamic and changing nature. I used to play a game that rarely got changes, and it got stale as all hell, and in turn lost players.

Yeah, I think KoL's ever-changing nature is what kept me here. Back in the days pre-ascension, when I'd run out of content, I came this close to quitting a lot of times; I just... didn't care. But now that my characters, my clan, and my game are constantly evolving, I could do this as long as it keeps up.

But the non-changing aspect of the game made the community aspect even better. Now the community is not as great.
